1. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

2. Shipping

  • Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by destination. Delays due to customs or local postal services are beyond our control.

3. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (such as photos).

5. Store Pickup (Taiwan Only)

  • For 7-11 or FamilyMart Store-to-Store delivery, customers must provide recipient’s name, phone number, and store code.
  • Orders without this information cannot be shipped.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed after being handed to the postal service or courier.

  • 若商品有瑕疵，請於收到後 7 日內聯繫我們，並提供照片證明。

5. 超商取貨（台灣限定）

  • 若選擇 7-11 或全家店到店，請務必提供收件人姓名、電話與門市代號。
  • 未提供資訊者將無法寄出訂單。

6. 責任限制

  • 包裹一旦交由郵局或快遞，我們不對延誤或遺失負責。
